    New Student Registration 

     

    Please contact the BME office, Mrs. Sandi Gardner, at 732-222-5900, Ext. 1251.

    Registration documentation can include, but is not limited to:

    Original Birth Certificate.

    Inoculation Record, including a copy of the latest Physical Examination.

    3 Proofs of Residency which must include either a Lease, Tax Bill, or Mortgage Statement, and 2 Utility Bills.

    Transfer Card, if available.
