My name is Colleen Rutz.  I am a graduate of Monmouth University where I attained my Masters of Science in Special Education. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Manhattan College.  I love spending time with my nephews, going to the beach, doing fun activities outdoors, reading and both playing and watching hockey.
